Service Request / RMA Procedure**
Use this form to get technical assistance or to request a Return Authorization.
  1. Complete ALL applicable information below.* fields are required!
  2. Give a clear and complete description of the problem, including things you tried to isolate problem.
  3. Submit the this form .
  4. Before issuing an RMA, we may reply with Diagnose tips to help isolate the problem ( repairs under RMA can take 2-4 weeks).
  5. If a RMA# is issued, properly wrap and pack items preferably in original boxes, or with foam or bubble wrap.Ship insured.
  6. Use the Shipping address given on RMA
  7. Write the RMA# on the shipping label.
  8. NOTE: products returned with Physical damage or with No Defect Found are subject to a service charge.
